Alpha is a unique "meet-you-where-you-are" course. Adults of any age or background can benefit from the relaxed atmosphere and low-pressure setting. It’s a lot like dinner and a movie with friends. Alpha is a great way to bring friends and family to the Lord—come on the course with them! Your journey through Alpha is sure to be rewarding.

Anyone interested in finding out more about the Christian faith.
Learning and laughter.
People meeting together, making new friends over dinner.
Helping one another.
Ask anything. No question is too simple or too hostile.

Alpha is designed for people interested in investigating Christianity, newcomers to the church, new Christians, couples preparing for marriage, and Christians who seek renewal of their faith in Jesus.

At Alpha there are talks on topics such as:

  • Who is Jesus?
  • Why did Jesus die?
  • Why and how should I read the Bible?
  • Why and how do I pray?
  • What about the Holy Spirit?
  • How can I overcome evil?
  • Why and how should I tell others?
  • How does God heal today?
  • What about the church?

Alpha participants are assigned to a small group and after each talk people have an opportunity to express their opinions, to ask questions, and discuss issues that are raised. Many friendships are begun as group members learn and share together.
